Our client is a leading healthcare organization based in Farmingdale, NY, seeking an experienced Payroll Analyst to join their dynamic finance team. This full-time, onsite position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment where accuracy and attention to detail are paramount. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of payroll experience and strong expertise with ADP systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for all employees, ensuring accurate and timely payments
• Collect and verify timekeeping information, calculating pay including overtime, bonuses, and commissions
• Process payroll taxes, deductions, and statutory requirements in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
• Conduct regular payroll audits to identify and resolve discrepancies efficiently
• Maintain comprehensive payroll records and generate detailed reports for management
• Collaborate with HR and Accounting teams to ensure seamless payroll operations
• Respond to employee and management inquiries regarding payroll matters
• Stay current with changing tax laws and labor legislation affecting payroll processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of proven payroll processing experience, preferably in healthcare
• Hands-on experience with ADP payroll software for execution, reporting, and troubleshooting
• Strong knowledge of payroll taxes, statutory deductions, and labor law compliance
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and complex formulas
• Excellent analytical skills with ability to identify and correct numerical errors
• Strong organizational and time management capabilities
